Recognizing the need for an advanced Command College program, the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police entered into partnership with Columbus State University to address this critical need. Working together the Georgia Law Enforcement Command College was created in 1995 to train and enhance executives’ ability to influence and manage the future of public safety. The Command College’s unique academic program uses a flexible and comprehensive approach to prepare law enforcement and public safety leaders.
In addition, the Command College program also provides the Professional Management Program that provides courses which contemporary and emerging issues with unparalleled detail.
