The deadline to register is October 3rd. Registrations received after October 3rd will incur a $25.00 late fee. Cancellation requests emailed to membership@gachiefs.com prior to October 13th will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between October 13th and October 19th will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after October 19th. Participants who register, but do not attend will be billed the full price as a “no-show.”
